Return Policy
At Throttle & Trigger, every product is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color, or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right within 30 days.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if:
- Your item arrived damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
- You received the wrong item, size, or design.
- Your order is missing an item.
To request a replacement or refund, email throttleandtrigger@outlook.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the item and packaging
4. Any other relevant details
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Resolutions
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:
- A free replacement of the affected item
- A replacement in a different size, where available
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method
Replacement orders are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we’ll provide a refund or another suitable solution.
Incorrect address or undeliverable packages
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
If the package is returned and you prefer not to have it reshipped, we may issue a refund for the product cost, less any applicable shipping, return, or fulfillment fees.
Lost or delayed packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local delivery service first.
Contact us if you still need assistance. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered or delayed due to circumstances outside our control.
Order cancellations and changes
Because our products are made to order, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order.
After production has started, we may be unable to cancel or change the order.
To request a change or cancellation, email throttleandtrigger@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Hygiene and product condition
For approved returns, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. However, defective or incorrectly fulfilled items may be eligible for a resolution even if the issue was discovered during reasonable inspection.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or replacement is due to our error or a defective product.
Product colors and sizing
We make every effort to display product colors and measurements accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor measurement differences may occur due to manufacturing.
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. Choosing the wrong size does not qualify for a return or exchange unless the item received differs from the size ordered.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, eligible customers may have additional rights regarding refunds, cancellations, returns, or defective products.
